Our company was founded by Mr. Konstantinos Il. Roumpos in 1974 and specialized in the marketing of plant protection products and nutrition, providing reliable agronomic advice to farm businesses.
In 2003 Ilias K. Roumpos joined the company and since then he has been working closely with farmers providing the best services to meet their needs.
In 2006 the company is transported in the privately-owned facilities in 'Ergatikes Katikies Nauplio' where it is accommodated until now.
At the same time 'I. & K. ROUMPOS G.P.' is founded which in 2011 is renamed in 'ILIAS K. ROUMPOS & CO G.P.' with the discreet title 'AGRICULTURAL SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT' until now.
During this long journey of almost three decades we stand next to the entrepreneur farmer, providing advisory services, supporting any investment effort by elaborating business plans aimed at co-financing by the European Agricultural Investment Fund. Additionally, we establish integrated management systems in accordance with the standards AGRO and GlobalGap in producer groups and systems to ensure food safety according to ELOT EN ISO22000, in enterprises of first and second processing of agricultural products. Also, we are consultants in agricultural companies implementing organic farming systems and livestock production, towards quality and safety for both the user and the environment.
In 2013 our company as part of its Research and Development Department program founded an experimental unit designed to conduct efficacy trials of plant protection products and fertilizers according to good experimental practice standards (GEP).
